What does a typical game day look like in Italy?

A typical game day in Italy is full of excitement and energy as our players know that every minute of that game matters. The players start by having breakfast at 8 am and then go on a team walk at 9 am with our coaching staff. Upon returning to the hotel the players will have time to relax, get homework completed, meet with our athletic trainer, and get focused on the game. We will then have lunch around noon which is a curated meal concentrate on giving them the right nutrients to perform. We will then depart the hotel to the game around 1 pm and arrive 1.5 hours before our 3 pm kickoff. Once we come to the stadium, we organize our bags in the locker rooms, do a team walk on the field to check the condition and return to the locker room to prepare for warmups. WE THEN KICK OFF! After the game we return to the hotel for dinner, followed by a team meeting and walk. Curfew is at 10 pm!
